The regional coordinator for the Bulkley Valley is Toby Coupé.

Our office is located on the second floor of the Smithers Community Services Building, located in the old train station at 3815 Railway Avenue, Box 3603, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0.  Phone/Fax 847-9779.  Toll Free: 1 888 847-9779. Email bcssbv@telus.net.

Our office hours are flexible.  The coordinator is usually in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.  If she is not in the office please feel free to leave a phone message. We check for messages regularly.
