Staff and Volunteers

Toby Coupe is the Regional Coordinator for the Bulkley Valley and welcomes family and community members to come visit our office for resources and support.


Joanne Voss is one of our two angel Smithers Support Group Facilitators, the President of our small Family Branch (we have two members!) co-teacher for our Strengthening Families Together program, sits on our C&FI Committee, an has an avid interest in supporting families and consumers in our community by attending focus groups and participating on advisory committees.
Jenny Devries truly leads with her heart! Jenny is a gracious volunteer and family member who co-facilitates our Smithers Family Support Group with Joanne Voss.
Cindy Savage is the Northwest Manager for BCSS. The area she manages includes Houston, Smithers, Hazelton, Terrace, Prince Rupert, Kitimat, and the QCI. Cindy has been with BSS for six years. She has recently moved her office to her home in Telkwa.
